1. Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to get a tattoo. If under 18, written parental consent is required.

2. Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable but will go toward your future tattoo.

3. Aftercare: Follow the artist's aftercare instructions. We’re not responsible for any issues if instructions aren’t followed.

4. Cancellations: Let us know ahead of time if you need to cancel. The booking fee can be used for a future tattoo.

5. Health and Safety: You must inform the artist of any health conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.

1. Personal Data: We collect basic info (name, contact) to process bookings and communicate with you.

2. Photo Consent: By getting a tattoo, you agree to allow us to photograph your tattoo for marketing purposes.

3. Data Use: Your info is used only for your appointment and related communication.

4. Data Security: We secure your data and won’t share it without your consent.

5. Payment: Full payment is required upon tattoo completion.

6. Rights to Images: We reserve the right to use photos of your tattoo for marketing.

Return / Refunds Policy

1. No Refunds: The booking fee is non-refundable, but it will be credited to your future tattoo.

2. No Returns or Refunds: Tattoo payments are non-refundable, and tattoos cannot be returned once completed.
